Guests under the age of 16 can only check-in with a parent or official guardian over the age of 21. Children aged 17 will need a parent/ guardian consent to stay in the dormitory rooms. Children only can stay in family room, please feel free to contact us directly to inquire.

Featuring front or side entry, each unique capsule comes with in-capsule a secure locker, USB plugs, a mirror and adjustable lights with power point. All rooms are air-conditioned and fresh linen is provided. Laundry facilities are available for an additional charge.

Free complimentary coffees and teas for our guests take relaxation to the next level in the Sydney. We also provide microwave, toaster, kettle and refrigerator in kitchen for guests to prepare their favourite meals. Offer coin-operate washing machines, dryers and ironing boards. You can always expect your laundry done regardless of the weather outside. We have plenty of shared toilets, shower to occupy in each level and hair dryer is available at the reception.

Each capsule has own locker located in the same room and only accessible with swipe key card! Size of lockers varies but in general is large enough to put one 28” suitcase plus one travel bag. You can get rid of padlock away.

There are top and bottom capsules in our hotel. You can request a bottom capsule in advance and we shall try to arrange that for you. However, we do not offer guarantee for that because of the limited amount of bottom capsules.

Have own private space, you can choose to chat with your new capsule mates in your room or close the door for a good sleep. Based on Australia's fire safety regulations, all of the capsules need to be remained unlocked (but the door can be closed) however each of every capsule comes with own locker to store luggage and belonging.

We are happy to store your luggage complimentary for the same day pick up or before check-in. However, we will not be responsible for your personal belongings.

Even though has door in each capsule; however, we can’t guarantee they are fully soundproof due to it is share dormitory room. To unwind and fully escape from the world, turn on full relaxation mode with an eye-mask or ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Each capsule comfortably sleeps one person and this is the maximum even the deluxe side entrance capsule. Sorry for couples, you won't be able to book one capsule for two people.
